We are now using our 7th generation of Apple computers. Our first computer was not even a Mac but an Apple IIe.

We use Apple Mac computers because they are fast, reliable and easy to use to the point of being intuitive. The only significant software lacks that we have really noticed is in low end games and Viruses, neither of which we have any real interest in obtaining. Truthfully, a few major software companies have been somewhat haphazard in the past with Apple compatible software but we have never had problems finding software for any task we wished to do. Some very good software is only available for Macs and a lot of software seems to run better on Macs than PC's, especially since the advent of Apple OSX.

We highly recommend Apple Mac Computers for small business and personal use, especially where computer use is sporadic or you just don't have the time or inclination to spend hours and days learning how to use a computer. The intuitive, point and click, simplicity of the Mac computer allows us to sit down to our computers and think only about what we want to do not how to do it.
